Developed by CIRAD in collaboration with CARBAP (African Center for Research on Bananas and Plantains) and IRAD (Cameroon Institute for Agronomic Research and Development) within the framework of the C2D Plantain Cameroon project (2013-2017), these six training sheets are a means of sensitizing farmers to the major issues for managing a plantain production field. They are intended to be used in the form of posters, in the field, with groups of farmers.

Each sheet presents a particular issue and its existing techniques and / or cultural practices. The objective is to stimulate discussions with farmers to design, through a collaborative process, the most adapted cropping systems to their agronomic and socio-economic constraints.
