Some decisions to be made

After several years of zero growth, against a background of economic crisis and falling consumption, and faced with rampant production costs, asparagus could see its production fall steeply within a few years in Peru, the main supplier to the European market in the counter-season. Nonetheless, new production zones seem to be emerging in Peru, as well as in other countries, such as Mexico, which could pick up the torch.
