Once again this season, the production of the two giants of the sector, i.e. Florida and Brazil, should see another fall. Yet declining demand in the United States and Europe could well continue to depress prices. So are we set for an uneventful next campaign? Quite the reverse, it could mark a transition to a new market balance.
