Unsurprisingly, incoming Spanish Clemenules shipments remained in shortfall (12 % below average), and waned early, from week 52. In the face of high demand, prices remained 30 % above average. In parallel, the other Mediterranean origins took advantage of the fruit shortage over the Christmas period. The Moroccan Berkane maintained a stable price level a long way above average (+ 29 %).
On the French market, the Corsican Fine supply remained stable, before subsiding from week 52. As with the other origins, prices remained high (17 % above average).
After a hesitant start to the season, the Spanish Clemenvilla offset the lack of clementines, especially during the end-of-month promotions. Prices remained 24 % above average.
