The official opening date of the Côte d'Ivoire mango export season will normally be announced on 22 March. It should be remembered that the campaign was announced for 8 April last year. It is likely to be set for the first ten days of April this year. This opening date will allow the first containers to be delivered in Europe in week 16 or 17. Furthermore, production is expected to be higher this year than in 2021. The marketing conditions will depend on the faster withdrawal of Peruvian products but also the pressure of the quantities of fruit offered by Brazil.
