The official opening date of the Côte d'Ivoire mango export campaign has been set for 5 April. The first batches of aeroplane mangoes could therefore be available from the end of week 14 or the beginning of week 15 and thus benefit from the traditional acceleration of sales during the Easter holidays. They could be an alternative to the expensive Peruvian mango sales, whose volumes are declining. For the sea freighted mangoes, the first containers should be received in Europe in week 16 or 17.
